

Requirement #1:
There are 2 ways to submit your corrections/requested changes:
A) By Email: support@manageads.com
B) By Fax: 1.406.644.2802
Corrections submitted by phone are not acceptable.
Requirement #2:
ALL corrections/requested changes must be CONSOLIDATED:
A) Do NOT send multiple faxes emails for your corrections (please)!
B) Ideally all corrections would be contained in a single email/fax per company (on larger companies a single email/fax per agent).
Requirement #3:
Your corrections/requested changes (within your email/fax) must contain:
• Company name
• Agent name
• Page#
• Ad header or MLS #
• Changes requested
[COMPANY NAME] - [AGENT NAME] - [Page #]
[Ad title: "abc abc abc abc"]
"make the following corrections, blah, blah, blah, etc."
[Ad title "xyxyxyxyxyxyxy"]
"make the following corrections, blah, blah, blah, etc."
If you have trouble with proofing, printing, or previewing your pages

computer -- then you should go to this helpful support

From there you can find the links to "TROUBLE SHOOT" your printing issues
